New Tree

Ryan and I have never bought a tree in the 7 years we have been married. We were given 2 trees when we got married, that we lost in the flood. We were then given a pre-lit tree from a lady at mom time when they asked what we need after the flood. That lasted us 3 Christmases. Well the lights started to go and Ryan really wanted to get a new tree. So, we got 2. We got this white one and then a green one and are going to alternate the trees between the years. We were able to get both trees for $87!

We spent Wednesday morning at the Children's Play Gallery. The kids earned a trip there during Christmas break. They had to have good behavior, good manners, good attitudes, kindness, and patience to earn themselves this trip. They did AWESOME!

Jesus' Birthday Cake, Sammie picked out a guitar shape this year. I made a boxed mix of carrot cake and then made home made cream cheese frosting, mmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone's gifts have been added to the tree now!

Sammie opening Jackie(Jack). She knew what was in this box because we left the tail out. Sammie use to have a Jack, but when Ali threw up ALL over it we chose to throw it away. I told her we could go back to the store and buy a new one tomorrow(back in October when this happened). She was very very ok with this to our surprise. While at Toys R Us, she didn't want a Jack, she wanted a polar bear. "OK fine" But still she was missing Jack. This month she made it very clear that she wanted a new Jack and was sad and missed him. When we needed another gift about his size for her to put under the tree, I knew EXACTLY what to get her :) She calls this one Jackie, which is perfect since she has longer eye lashes
