She was born January 31, 2012

She is Sammie's teacher's baby.

I have her from 7-4/5 4 days a week. It is just like having a 4th but I get to send her home and "get" sleep. I don't think you really get any sleep as a mom!

She is so fun to have around. Sammie is a great helper with her. She likes to talk to her when she is crying. Feed her in the car and at home.

It feels Like Home....

The other day Dash brought the train tracks out of his room to set them out in the living room. At our old house this was our normal living room flooring as it was the only place to play with them, sometime leading out to the kitchen! At our new house he has mostly stayed in his room with his tracks to play and has built his own. I have enjoyed not stepping on these trains and tracks and being able to vacuum whenever I wanted, yet I am so glad to have these back in the living room! Strange I know, but I love it! Today he asked me to build him another track! I know I will miss the days of stepping over and on these things!

I think Sammie's club was too big for her.

On Friday, April 13 we planned a fun day with just the kids and I. I had been babysitting other children over spring break, so it was never really just us. I usually work Fridays but I took it as a vacation day. Therefore, I let the kids "run" the day and have some fun. We started out with and oil change at Tires Plus, something I was in desperate need of. Then we went golfing before it started to rain(which it never did). Then the kids asked to do the batting cage. So Dash and Ali did 2 tokens worth while Sammie only hesitated during 1. She didn't really want to do it. After that we went to Mc Donald's per the kids request. I treated them with a Happy Meal(not the norm) and the ate all of it! AFter that we headed to do some shopping. The kids got some money for Easter and wanted to go buy some toys with it. So we headed to Target. Then we went and did some wardrobe shopping at Kohl's. At that time, it was after 4:00 in the afternoon. I wanted to take the kids bowling, that was the whole surprise plan for the day, but when they started asking to do things I couldn't say no, because I had no real reason! We never went bowling since it was so late in the day and Ali showed her exhaustion at Kohl's. We came home, put a pizza in the oven and ended the day with our Friday Night Family Movie Night.

I know I had a BLAST and I am quite positive so did the kids!
