Wiggily Tooth

Dash lost his 2nd tooth yesterday afternoon! He is now missing his 2 bottom teeth. All he wants for Christmas is his 2 front teeth!

Thanksgiving

I think yesterday was the best Turkey Day we have had! We had our meal at the Cohan's house. We then had desert at our new house. It was a family open house day. We had the Cohan's over first and then as they were leaving the Mikesell crew came over. I think this is the most fun the kids have ever had with their cousins! It was so nice to be able to host and so much room for all the kids to run and play while the adults were able to talk in another area, while other adults talked in a different place.

Fizziling Fireboxes!!

Last night after Dash got out of the bath he looked and me and said, "mom, you are fizziling fireboxes!" this was because my cheeks were red!

Tonight Dash and I were working on a Sticker Club mailing he received in the mail. You know, you put your name and a friends name on the bottom, mail it to 6 friends and then you can get a bunch of stickers in the mail. New school "chain letter". He received 2 in the mail in the last few days and I don't think this is the end. Any way while we were doing it, I had him looking at this list of names from his class and the other kindergarten class. While we were doing them, he saw his friend Rebecca's name,
"I think Rebecca is my girlfriend!"

I just want to document that we have pulled 2 cars in the garage! Now, there is still plenty to unpack in the basement, but now God can bring on the snow! I can't remember when we were both parked in the garage for one reason or another!

Ali has had a perpetual runny nose as most children do in November in WI. I told her to go get a tissue to wipe her nose. Instead she started sucking it in and eating!!!! I said, Ali, "ewe gross, go get a tissue!" "NO not ewe gross, it's DELICIOUS!!!"

Lost Tooth

Dash lost his first tooth on Saturday, November 5th at a birthday party. That was the day that the kids were with my friend Heidi so Ryan and I could work on the house. I didn't notice he was missing a tooth until dinner on Sunday night. He never told me! I text Heidi and she had no clue! So needless to say, he did not have a tooth to give to the tooth fairy! However, we wrote Dash's tooth and he drew a picture and we put that under his pillow for the tooth fairy. In return he received a new Lightening Mc Queen Tooth brush and a crisp $1 bill!

And the Walls come tumbling down!

This morning our old neighbor Mr. Bert called to tell me that the back corner of the house has fallen! He is going to try to get some pictures and am I later today! The house was to be demolished either this week or early next week. When Bert had called I was fearing he was calling to say the house was being demolished! We really wanted to see it go down and I am at work on Friday's. 

Kids Bedrooms

Dash has the coolest uncle! He works at Marcus theaters and asked us if we wanted any of the Cars 2 displays. We got 2 of the 3 along with the hanging globe mobile!

This is his comforter from Cars 1. We bought the Cars 2 stickers to accent the cardboard walls.

We found the nightlight at Home Depot, it blinks like stop lights. Then we could get rid of his fish tank.

All In

We are 99.8% moved in. The only .2% remaining is because we slept at the rental last night. However, it is nothing we need immediately, except Dash's mattress (he's not sleeping there 'til at least Sat night, most likely Sunday night). So we have time to get those last few things over to the house! Ryan is off again today and is going to work on getting the curtains up.

Rental

Ryan had picked Sammie up from school on Wednesday to help me out. When Sammie had gotten in the car, she asked, "where are we going?" Not knowing how I have called the rental house to the kids he tried to explain it the best he could. "you know the place we are sleeping at." Sammie quickly jumped right in, "oh, you mean the rental." "Well, yes Sammie, I didn't know you knew that." "Well, Mom calls it the rental, I don't."

Ali went as a Care Bear, mostly because she just picked it out of the costume bucket.
